The Estacada School District is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to serve in a temporary assignment during the course of the Extended School Year program.

The SLP will work approximately eight hours per week delivering Specially Designed Instruction on IEP goals (service delivery will be in direct correlation with verified student enrollment numbers). Hours to be set by SLP and Supervisor based on needs of students during the ESY program.

ESY runs from 07/9/2018 - 07/26/2018, Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 12:30pm at Clackamas River Elementary School. The eight hours of service will be during these times.

In order to be considered, you must be able to commit to providing services during the entire three-week session and up to two planning sessions (dates TBD).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• As set by Teacher Standards and Practices Commission
• License from Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology or an educator license with a communications disorders or speech impaired endorsement issued by Teacher Standards and Practices Commission  (TSPC)
• Such other alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Directors or the Superintendent may find acceptable.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certificate of clinical competence (ASHA).
• Previous experience working as Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting.
